Unlimited staff accounts
Your whole office is included — every branch and every desk. We do not count people, and the price does not change as your team grows.
What is included
Every module, from the first day. There is nothing held back for a higher plan.
Branded tickets
Flight, train and bus tickets issued as PDFs carrying your logo. Supplier PDFs are read and imported for you.
GST invoices
Your letterhead and GSTIN, totals worked out for you, ready to send.
Quotations
Price a trip line by line with cost and selling price side by side, so you can see the margin before it goes to the client.
Bookings and wallet
Every booking in one place, with your prepaid supplier balance topped up and drawn down automatically.
Itineraries
A client's tickets and invoices gathered into a single branded document.
Enquiries
Leads from your website arrive in the system, so you can see which channel is bringing you business.
Attendance
Photo check-in with location, half-days, and a simple approval flow between managers and admins.

What it costs

If your agency is GST registered, the 18% is claimable as input credit — so the cost to you is ₹4,000 a month, not ₹4,000 plus tax.
If something is missing, we will build it
Every agency works a little differently, and you will almost certainly want something we have not thought of. You may ask us for one new part of the system each quarter, and there is no extra charge for it. We will come back to you within two working days with what it involves, and it is usually with you inside three weeks.
In return we ask only this: what we build for you becomes part of Viato for everyone who uses it. That is precisely why the price is what it is — you are shaping a product that many agencies share, rather than paying for software written for one.
Questions we are usually asked
- Where is our data kept?
- On an instance set up for you alone, at your own address, with your own database — never in a shared system alongside another agency’s records. You may ask us for a full export on any day, and it is yours to keep.
- How soon can we start using it?
- Usually within a week of your saying yes. A system built from scratch for one agency is generally quoted in lakhs and takes several months; this is ready today, and we set it up with your branding and your existing records already in it.
- Do we pay for each member of staff?
- No. The price is the same whether there are two of you or twenty, and it does not change when you hire. We would much rather every person had an account of their own.
- What if we decide to stop?
- Thirty days’ notice is all we ask. We hand over your data, and there is no exit fee or penalty of any kind.
- Who looks after it once we are running?
- We do — hosting, backups, updates and support are all included, with no separate maintenance charge. You can reach us on WhatsApp or email between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
